Was this an open event? Almost in my hometown backyard!

If it was a closed event I suppose I could have simply been delivering some chinese food and just happened to bring an Elite with me...

Hah hah...that probably would have worked! There were more than a couple of performers who wandered in off the streets....the pizza guy, the girl who lived across the street, the son of a guy who used to play with Glen Campbell....pretty crazy to say the least.

It actually started out as those of us who were attending the GUILD open house since OVATION open houses seem to be a thing of the past. This allowed a lot of us to see the factory again and even though it was primarily for GUILD, we still saw some Ovation stuff and obviously a lot of familiar faces.

Since it also happened to be a chance for some of us to help celebrate Beal's big 6 0 birthday, the Guthrie Center bash was thrown together.

Must have been a great time. All the "off the street" performers, as well as all the OFC-ers I saw in the videos, sounded great. Well done all.
Happy belated Bday to Beal!
