Joined: November 2002 Posts: 266 Location: Tampa, Florida | My wife and I are having a tough time financially-not broke, just new homeowners stretching a little to make ends meet. All the while, I am sitting on 6 Acoustics, 1 electric, and a nice uke (all bought with GAS money along the way). We are starting to study the Bible and search our hearts about possessions and in my heart I know I shouldn't have all of these instruments right now. I primarily play praise and worship and it just isn't right. So I am selling 5 of my acoustics (3 Ovations, a Martin LXM, and a Yairi DY84K) and my uke (as seen in my last post), and buying one to use for praise and worship. Thanks for looking. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=3738728746&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=3738735301&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=3737597884&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=3737586938&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=3737592759&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT

I don't think an Ovation is the right guitar for me to have if I only have one. So I'll sell them. I actually have a chance to go to Elderly next Saturday and I will most likely buy THE one there.

Frankly an Ovation can be much more versital than other guitars. I also am familiar with the concept that the search is more interesting than the catch so good luck on your search.

I'm a lefty player, or I'd be interested in the guitar (perhaps you've sold it by now). But I have another question, I just ordered a lefty black Legend (1777, or L777 for a lefty). I'm curious, how would you compare the tone between the Elite LX and the Legend LX? Why did you decide to keep the Legend? E-mail me if you would prefer. If you have the time to respond, I'd appreciate your insights. A "brother" in the faith,
