Location: Illinois | This guitar needs a home!!! Black UKII with Original case...case is in very good shape....now the bad news...although the body is very nice with gold hardware plus pickguard, The headstock is broke off right at the front nut(KIDS grrrrr LOL) I took this to a repair guy and he told me beings the truss rod is still good and functioning he could replace the headstock by joining a new one under the third fret....There also was a gentleman on this forum who had some UK necks...this was a great guitar to play but i have since replaced it with a Tele and am now used to it. It has been sitting in my studio taking up space and as im adding more things it needs to go. Will entertain any serious offer and TRADES most welcome |

Location: puerto vallarta, mexico | bill, do you really think there is a neck or two from the ukIIs at the factory? i am building a an ultra clean synth guitar from some beautiful wood a friend is bringing me from a 30 year stash in oregon, and the uk neck is my favorite especially since it has a full 2 octaves. one would perfect but i just dont want to tear one of mine apart to get one. any idea who to contact? john bundy? |
