Hector, What has upset people is that you made an auction and then refused to sell to the highest bidder. If your intent was not to sell to the highest bidder, then you should have just cancelled the auction before it ended.

Actually Hector, business means doing what you say you're going to do and playing by the rules. You tired to get around fees on ebay, and you stiffed the person who had the high bid. That high bid was a contract which you violated.

Don't come here now and try to make nice. You've been a greedy bastard. Your words here don't negate what you did on ebay.

Hector,

I concur with Paul and Dave...you and I talked (I called you Sunday to see if you'd honor the auction.)

Frankly, I don't understand your actions, to include giving Serge NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

I really doubt if many others would have done the same.

Hector,

Business means I won the auction and I am ready to pay you.

Are you ready to honor it and sell me MY GUITAR?

Serge

This is the second time this guy has posted here and then run away when the heat gets turned up. I don't care what he's got, the guys a prick and can't be trusted. The only way he could be trusted if at all possible, is if he stands face to face with you and he is holding the guitar in his hand. But then if he is in front of you, you may want to hit him just for the principle of it! I am not involved and I am getting mad writing this. Good luck Serge, but I would look elsewhere. I would hate to see a good guy get shafted!

Hector, I think that you have messed up big time!!!! I don't think that anyone on this forum would touch that guitar with a 100 foot pole!!!! THey dont trust you, and it really would not be fair to the highest bidder on your so called auction!!!! I have only been a member here for a few days, and already I can tell that it just like family here......You mess with one, you mess with us all!!!!! Be a man and honor your auction by selling it to winning bidder. every day that you delay, you should knock of $500 . REMEMBER THAT YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW.!!! KARMA IS NO JOKE!!!!

Hector,
Dont you realize what you did? You think your a "bad boy who breaks the rules", well if it was up to me I would ban you from E-Bay and this fan club as well! As a matter of fact, if it was my high bid, I would have taken the guitar from you, you pansy little girl!! Any time you wanna fist fight for it you let me know.

Jeez, let it go! Hector is not worth spending energy on, let alone challenging to a fight.
