I like it in "plain" brown... it looks warm and says "pick me up, hold me, play me, all night long". ;) You will probably get this guitar's whole story when members on this side of the globe start waking up with the sun in a few hours. How much are they selling it for in Japan? You can be Stephen's and my purchasing agent. | ||

I mean it is soled into auction in Japan. I don't know such like this brown color adamas except wood top's one. Is this realy #79? some body, let me know. | ||

Joined: December 2004 Posts: 1673 Location: SoCal | ah... come on Spider... it does not have any gold dust, just a plain brown top, no one in Japan is going to want such a plain Adamas, send it back to us so we can at least have the factory put on the gold dust. :cool: On a serious note, did you email samova or miles for help? Can you find me a Yairi yb13 or yb15? To my knowledge, they were not released to the U.S. | ||

Joined: January 2002 Posts: 970 Location: Atlanta,Ga. | Al,its possible you may have owned it once as well.I bought it from an Ovation employee many years back along with 7 other guitars.It went to california for a while,them to me then to a guy(cant remeber name)from Miss. who probably sold it to Japan.The guitar did not sound good at all.The top looked like it was redone and the finish looked like someone spray painted it with a can of crylon from home depot.It was "butt ugly".The neck and fingerboard had issues and the top kept making these weird popping noises due to the extra paint on the top that seemed not to have adhered properly to the graphite..asside from that it was perfect :eek: :eek: Spider,im sure it will bring lots of money because it is an early adamas,maybe $2000 or more | ||
