Getting ready to put this Breadwinner/Deacon/Refinish/Modified up for sale and I would like a few opinions. The purpose of the sale is to fund my 06 Factory Tour excursion and to keep a rotation of flavors going.

History:
The Body came from Miles and was a used natural. It has been stripped and refinished in lacquer. At first it had a 6 string neck, then a 12 string and finally a 6 string neck.

The neck was coated in the black Polane which I stripped and oiled. The peg face is a figured Walnut in lacquer with a new logo. The fretboard is ebony and is in excellent condition. Frets are very good, action is low.

The current pickguard is flaming, figured Koa and the pickups are Air Norton Humbuckers. I have wired a 500K Volume, Tone with pull up switch for partial pickup and a blender pot. Smoove, crisp or raw are available for your shredding convenience!

I intend to manufacture a figured Walnut pickguard to go with a set of original Breadwinner electronics.

I do not have a hard case for this.

My questions:

Is it worthwhile to sell this with both pickguard sets?
How much do you think I may get for this?

I am open (as ever) to the board.

Non-original but a great looking guitar...I would say start at $499 and see where it goes.

I like the contast that the Koa offers. The truss rod cover is a nice balance. I would say offer it as is.
