| I'm in search of a Magnum bass in excellent condition. i'd prefer a III or IV model but would consider the earlier versions. I saw one on ebay a bit ago that had the black burst finish (not sure of the official ovation color name) that was just refreted and all but it was in the United Kingdom and the guy quoted me almost $200 for shipping on top of a $616 price tag. anyhow, wondering if anyone here has that kind of thing for sale. oh, it's for a recording project, so i really want one that's fully working.

| I just looked over at ebay -- thanks for the tip member # 269-- and the only one that had any appeal for me was the $750 starting bid (no bids yet, 3+ days in) magnum. And not that i'm looking for flare but i'm early in the search and this one seems a bit plain-jane and top dollar. However, it does look to be and is described in excellent condition. I'll be putting it in the cue. as well as the lostartvintage offering -- thanks out to #116 as well.
any out there with that dark finish?? |
