Got the case with attached Pacemaker Nick! Thanks!

Time to learn about binding and that neat little Dremel guide I saw at Stewmac. Koa or Tourtise(sp), that is the real question!

No problem, may it serve you well.

I have the original bridge here somewhere. I forgot to send it.

I'll mail it on when I find it.

Mark,
I did take the Ultra. Mark I was bidding on one also, we probably bid against each other. Sorry if it was you. I wont see this Ultra it until I get home from KC. I'm here for a month. However my kid, who really loves to play the Base will get to play it first.

BTW Thanks Nick

No problem. It wasn't for me, but I hope you didn't run up the price too much. The buyer's wife works with me and she was pissed at me for turning him onto it. I'd have been in really big trouble if I bought another one.

It looked good, but didn't have a case, that why I stopped.
Cheers,
Mike

Just a suggestion but don't wait too long on the CE768 Custom Elite (a Custom Legend with more than one sound hole). IMHO, played better than the Al DiMeola II that I had.

It is a 1997 and a gorgeous guitar. I got it from Paul Blanchard, tossed in a new 9158 case, then traded to Nick for his Martin D-15 slothead.

It's coming back to the "adoption agency" soon if there are no takers.

Frankly, IMHO, you couldn't find a better guitar for less than $850.

Nick,
BTW what amp did you use with the Ultra?
I don't have one yet and I am looking for one. I hope I can find one for my Custom Balladeer and the Ultra

I used an old Crate, but the pots really need cleaning so I haven't played it much lately.

Nick,

The GS arrived today. The box was mangled but the GS and case were not. My wife strummed it while I was on the phone. Now I have to wait about 3 weeks before I can clean the pots and play her. BTW she loved the color!

Thank you,

Mike Gregori

After casting the Deep Bowl case into the closet I went to work on the Free 1115-1 that came with. Al, take some sales tips from Nick!

Used White Epoxy and smooved over the missing binding and semi aligned bowl. :D

Worked over some of the finish cracks and took the finish from 400-600-100-1500-2000-2400-3600-6000-8000-1200 grits (lost my 4000). A little haze polish and some carnuba, new set of strings and it was back in competition!

Thanks Nick!

I'm glad to hear you both got the guitars, uhh I mean the case with the free guitar and the guitar with the case.

I loved the pictures of the 1115-1. It looks good.
