| Hi - I am new to the Bulletin Board. Any thoughts on this Legend listed on ebay relative to value and tonal quality?

Location: Warren,Pa. | This is a reissue of an older design. With a deep bowl and no cutaway, the Ovation sound doesn't get much better than this. Considering it's new condition, it's well worth the BIN...IMHO.

Location: SoCal | The deep bowl CUSTOM Legend (AAA spruce, A brace) is a fantastic guitar, whether a 1619, 1719, or 1719-30CM.
Appears to be old, new stock with the OP-Pro & XLR. Good combination. |

Location: Australia | I own a black CL and I've always thought it's probably the best looking acoustic guitar ever.
The only difference to mine is that mine has a black bridge and neck which I think looks much better.
It's good to see the new Traditional series guitars are getting out there finally. |

| Thanks for all the comments. I had a black Legend in the 80's which I am sorry I ever sold. It had the best sound of any guitar - unplugged - I played and that included Martin and Taylor. Thanks a ton. Jim |

Location: Gig Harbor, Washington | I've got a minty-fresh CL-12 that is, perhaps, the finest (non-Adamas) 12 string known to be on this planet...this one looks like a very nice specimen - even investment grade. You should snag it up with the BIN and don't look back!
Well cared for - this is a guitar you can play for free for years, and still sell for virtually what you paid for it!
Throw a party and invite us all over when it arrives... |

Location: Warren,Pa. | .You keep saying LEGEND. That was a CUSTOM Legend. Probably sounds the same as a Legend, but there's quite a difference between the two. Oh well...keep looking. |
