Not an Adamas but check with Noah now that he has the 1985 Collectors' back.

This is really a discussion on whether the shallow or the new contour bowl is the best for your playing style.

Obviously, a shallow/contour bowl, textured top would give you the most flexibility.

Anyone out there know of one available for sale or trade? May not be labeled as an Adamas II but basically the same - textured top, standard headstock and bridge.

If all else fails, check with Al for a special order.

Location: Munich, Germany		64galaxie500 talked about a store where one was offered two months ago.

Go to the search and search for galaxie in the member's name field, to see the post (I don't know how to link to it). Maybe the guitar is still available.

Saw a couple of posts...one about the prototype wood-top w/Adamas logo and the other about a "custom" Custom Legend. Both wood-top 6-strings.

Dan stands out in the hot sun (and, maybe under waterfalls) so needs the durability of an Adamas top.
