I have been buying too many things on Ebay and don't dare step into Guitarded Sinner.

When I get clear of the next custom, repair the 1537, build and move some solids - it will be Adamas Gas time.

Look what hanging around you guys has done to me!

Adamas I cutaway like this would be perfect!

WOW! And here I just jumped on a 1581 Adamas II not two days ago...

Woody, you should definitely go for this one! Then we could trade back and forth! :D

WOW, I didn't even know they made an Adamas I cutaway like that. If wasn't currently up to my ears in debt, that one would be put on the credit card.

Nice Outie. I just love outies!...

Me too. They fit the contour of the body style so much better, so they look like they belong there. I wonder why they didn't just do them all that way? Oh well ... I guess variety is the spice of life.

I was wondering about that. I guess you'll be stripping down that white Breadwinner body and fitting one of Miles' necks on it?

The bodacious Breadwinner is basting in a bag of Stripper as we speak. It had some paint scrapes I couldn't work around.

Speaking of bodacious... you had mentioned an airline stripper in a previous post.. do you have a number I can reach her at???

But seriously... is that stuff safe on wood? I didn't see it mentioned anywhere on the can.

It is water soluble but highly caustic. It is the only thing that cuts though the Poly on the clear units. The Black has a lot of solids to remove.

I used another version of Klean Strip which worked on the clear preacher. It took about 10 coats, but it did get it all. I'll try the airplane stripper on one of the other bodies.

This one is really hitting me hard, my b-day is Saturday & the better half keeps asking what I would like for a present....I don't have any blue guitars in the collection. Ya, that'll fly really well ;)

Oh, I thought he was having bowel trouble...

I didn't realize they made an Adamas I in a bass-epaulet only cutaway like that. What's the overall difference then between this and the 1581?
