Pickguards: Miles has them from NOS and I can make you one in a variety of wood tones.

Miles may have the other stuff.

The Preacher Deluxe set of preamp and pups went for $256 to an OFC'er.
I want the Breadwinner set on ebay now and it will cost me at least $200 I'm sure.

Yah... paid a little more than I wanted to... but I missed out on a similar one awhile back. I had my eye on the PD body - but all of the guys listings got pulled for some reason.. Woody, you were going for the tuning pegs, weren't you? I emailed him and got no response yet.

Is there a difference between a 12 string Deacon pg and a 6 string?

There are larger and smaller BW/Deacon Pgs' the 12 isn't really different unless you have to shave a little bigger neck pocket.

There are about 4 revisions of Preamps and the hole spacing may vary.

I was bidding the tuners and they were pulled. I don't know what's up!

If I hear from him I'll let you know. I've purchased from him in the past with no problems.
