Welcome Nick!

The bottom of the fretboard and the lack of dots on the bridge look right. Label seems to be missing.

Ask the Seller about the label and a serial number.

Doesn't look like a Custom Elite; no abalone in sight. I can't tell from the pictures if it is a shallow or deep bowl, but it seems to be the latter. That would make it an older 1768, or an older 1868 if shallow. Probably a sweet guitar if the deep bowl. Not the easiest case to find, though.

I don't think it's a Cutom Elite. The maple fret markers are the right style for an Elite, but the new CEs have abalone fret markers and perloid tuner buttons. This looks like a Model 1718 based on the bowl depth visible in the pics. That's not a bad price at all for a deep-bowl Elite.

We're accused of many other things, too, handsome, sensitive, and smart usually not among them. :(
By the way, welcome to the club. Some of us actually have lives, but you might not guess it from the number of posts we add each day.

oops ... let me correct myself. the listing is a cutaway, and with a 4xxxxx serial # it's definitely either a 1768 or 1868. Even better now that the top has had 16 years to age.
