I think these are going to be tough to find. Everyone needs them for their "bottomfeeder" projects. Maybe someone here will prove me wrong (in that case, I need a neck plate too).

Those are the hard to locate items. I have made some replacement Battery covers out of plastic and veneer and Neck Plates out of Aluminum, Brass and Steel but its just not the same.

If you find them expect to pay about $100 a piece.

Hope, always springs eternal!

Probability of obtaining what you need free or cheap is minimal. There are at least a half dozen bottom feeding Ovation ebayers that graze frequently for these very parts.

On Ebay I am fishgiven...

But... take a look though my gallery and you can find several options that are non-original and can get an instrument up and running! I should be offereing a nice Viper up for sale or trade soon as well.

I wouldn't worry too much about trying to find original electronics. The pre-amp is interesting, but doesn't work in a particularly logical way and the pickups will work perfectly well wired direct to a standard volume/tone and output jack. If you want to keep it looking authentic you could use what would have been the notch switch as a phase reversal switch.

The market is opening up on preamp and booster related controls to wire in as well. TV Jones, Seymour Duncan and a host of other top end pickup builders have "mini's" that fit into the Ovation pup pockets.

Here's a Viper with some Artec pups:

That is a beautiful looking guitar Woody. I'd love to see a pic of the finished article.
