My GS1 and one of my GS3s have this type but there is no brand or any kind of identification on them.
My GS2 has a Kahler Flyer and my other GS3 has the fulcrum bridge. |

Location: Boise, Idaho | It's not the Flyer like on my GS2. My GS3 has a Fulcrum, but I don't think it's labelled anywhere. I suspect I just learned the name from Miles' site. |

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | There were several used. Primarily the Kahler Flyer or a Schaller fulcrum. Basically all the models (1 pickup, 2 pickup or 3 pickup) were available in either. Those fulcrum's were pretty nice, and I was surprised at how much better the parts are compared to the factor Fender fulcrums, especially the saddles.
Later on, near the end of the runs and into the "Applause" versions of the GS they sent to a no-name that was used by many other brands too. It's actually a very nice bridge, but I have not been able to find out who makes it, or where I can get parts. As far as I know it's NOT a Kahler. The mechanism is completely different.
After taking another look at the one above, it may be a gold version of the no-name one. The plate isn't right for a Kahler and a Kahler only has the arm mount on one side as those no-name ones were lefty or righty. |

It looks a lot like the bridge on a Korean 'MX-Z Elite' that I have. The frame is pot metal and the spring anchor bent under normal tension. I've figured a way to fab a part and lock it solid, but it has no hope for actual vibrato use.
I have toyed with the idea of a DIY CNC project to cut a new frame from brass, but I'm generally to rational/cheap to make a big investment in an $80 guitar.
