Location: England | Just like say big thanks to John Budny at Ovation.
I bought a second hand Adamas W597 earlier this year and the previous owner had set it up a little to low.
I emailed Ovation asking if they could supply me some shims of various thickness and advise of cost and shipping to the UK.
John replied promptly and sent them out free of charge and no shipping costs.
Thats what I call great service.
Ps I think the W597 is great guitar, even if it is smooth. |
