Location: South Windsor Connecticut | For sale is a Legend, LTD from 1981. It has a deep nutmeg color. The electronics have just been repaired by Ovation. It plays like butter. The guitar does have a lacquer crack starting just under the bridge in a J shape about 3" down. It is just on the surface. There is one other much smaller as well, maybe 1" across. The headstock has a couple very minor chips. The frets are good, the fret board top three frets need to be leveled at some point but does not effect the playing or tone. It come with an original brown case in good condition. I have lot's of pictures. I normally sell items on e-bay under the name goods4u2000. I am looking for $450.00 or best offer.

Location: Tennessee | Good luck with the sale. These original "John Lennon" guitars are some of the best wood top O's ever made. |

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | This model was my only guitar for 20 years. Bought one new back in '81 or '82 and it was all I ever needed. It is still in great shape and the only guitar I keep in a stand next to the practice music stand. The fact that John Lennon used one just like it for his acoustic album was something I learned only since joining the OFC. Good luck with the sale of yours. |
