It looks like have one of VERY few in the UK as it wasnt officially inported here other than special order.

Find me a Viper 12 string and I might trade you for one of the 6's. You think regular Vipers are rare? Try finding a 12-string outside of the USA.

Weak E string, not the best neck and whilst I could live with a B-778 the Celebrity is not 'enough' of a bass to live in the same street as the B-778 or EAB68.

Just a little bit at a time, so I can still say it's "rare". Paul, can you be my authorized distributer. Shouldn't be a big jump for me to go from selling BS to selling RHP. Welcome Burpster. Glad we figured out you were talking about basses.

There are a few others here on the board with them, and some have been offered up for sale from time to time. Patience ... and let this thread run for a few days for people to logon. You might get lucky and have someone looking to move theirs. Welcome to the board and stick around. Ya got great taste!

Mine is a CCB too! wouldnt have been my choice (of color) if I could have ordered one but you know what its growing on me..... ;) I knew 1st time I saw it I wanted it- (another bassist owned it and I told him I wanted it!) Believe I had pretty high expectations and it has sooo exceeded them. gave it damn good clean, levelled a coulpe of high frets strung it with GHS nylon wounds and set it up . It has a killer Blues R'n'B tone through my Mesa amp.... My guitarist is blown away by it!
