Location: Right now? | I can't post or get INTO the FS forum at all ... Al, Miles, what happened? I tried to click on "For Sale" and then on "Go" and wrote the post, but it ended up in the General Posting Forum, I thought I'd made the mistake so I tried to access the "For Sale" forum again and I can't get in ...
Oh, well, anyway, this might get intereresting ... no, it's not mine (I wish)

I did have a dabble but I already have a beauty.
As I said in the other post he's been selling some great Ovation guitars over the last month or so.

I really, really, REALLY LOVE that 1658 over on Ebay, too, I wish I could buy it or sell/trade something to get it them, but a very serious and recent family crisis involving one of my kids will squash my buying guitars for a bit ... arrrrrggggghhh ... two of my favorites and (boo hoo), I can't swing it ... you probably already saw it in the other thread, but here's the 12'er. Rats! I'll be up all night ...

That is an absolutely gorgeous 12 string custom legend. Wow. I've never seen one like that and the price is reasonable.

Jim, thank you VERY much! I'm not finished ... more to come ... I think you'll like it when I'm through ... posting pics, not collecting, haha. Damon gave me permission to use his shots of the black 'snake' Thunderbolt he sold me. I really, really love that guitar! It is a work of art, and sounds great.
There's a kind of hush in the forum with regard to those two book Elites and that 1658 mentioned above (oh, I want it SO bad) . I hope that means one of us is after it ... it won't be me ... but at least it'll (hopefully) give us all a possibility of sale/trade in the future ... as you saw I have a beautiful 1158 (thank you again, MM!) and a pristine black 1869, but I'm a sick pup, guitar-a-holic and I have always LOVED O's and A's.
