This was a typical case of impulsive, GASeous herd-growth that I have come to realize is beyond my needs...
This specimen is a '69 #1118-4, serial #4994 in incredible condition, that is museum quality deserving of someone who can truly appreciate it and display it accordingly. Looks & plays like a dream come true - awesome full-body, vintage acoustics seldom found beyond an FD14, a Ute or an Adamas!
I, however, would be better suited with something that I could play out with - without being paranoid of a scratch or a ding...
Perhaps someone who has a 40th Anniversary GC-12 that needs the original to complete the collection!
I'm open to trades +/- cash, depending on the swap...another 12, maybe an equally matched vintage model (yet not too nice to take out), or maybe an Adamas...or, perhaps an outright sale.
As you can see, my current collection is pretty well rounded, so duplicates are not really in great demand.
Would like to fetch somewhere around $850 + s/h. Comes with the OHSC (in Purple Velour!) and will be fully insured. Feel free to consider my 100% X 266 feedback @ eBay for reference - or perhaps others here @ the OFC will vouch for me as well.

I could even consider something really crazy like - say, $500 down, and the balance once this years crops are harvested (or whatever!).

Another idea might be to have one of Brother Bobby's new guitars shipped my way while I ship the GC12 cross country...I need a "display" guitar for my office and am considering a 1578DLX which could be had for about $550 delivered my way. I'd be happy to consider some sorta buy-sell-swap kinda deal with guitars and dollars flyin' all over the country! No hurries & no worries...happy to give others the chance to make a liquidation or punch some overtime (at the shipyard or something!)...
Bottom line is - someone out there deserves this 12 in their collection, and I'd settle for something that is more practical and paranoia-free!
