Crazy. The label matches the description. Claim of German spruce top. Very different fret markers, too.

The ex German Distributor often ordered special runs of guitars for his market. As did other distributors around the world. These German legends are one example. Looks nice.

I think it was Eingleman spruce for the run. Made Legends and Elites too.

I love German Spruce tops on my collings. It would be very interesting to see how it sounds on an Ovation and if the difference was noticeable.
