Location: Upper Left USA | I have a lovely 1112-1 that I would be lucky to get more than $350.00 for.
It sounds, looks and plays better than most $800.00 instruments but the rest of the world just ain't up to it.
Research is a good thing but you'll still find that the market's not very complimentary. |

Location: Vernon CT | I also have a 1112-1 that spent 2 weeks at Mother last summer. Came back looking brand spankin new, bought a new roadrunner case for it at my local GC. Had it up last fall for $450.00, not a bite!! |

| SELLER SAYS: Unfortunately $499 is as low as I can go. Any lower and I might as well keep it ;-)
Thanks for the tips/insight! |

One cost me $200 and one cost me $150. (I sold both for $150 each)
1112's definitely justify the statement, "Ovation Guitars really don't get the respect they deserve!" |

Location: Texas | I still have the 1112 I bought new 30 years ago, and I wouldn't sell it for 4x what used ones are going for today…
…yet if I was looking to buy a used 1112, I'd expect to pay $300 or less for a pristine one… that's just where the market is, right or wrong…
Sorry, Scott, I know that's not what you want to hear… |

| That explains the snickering when I bought the thing used. I kept checking my nose... |
