Yup, that's the "amberburst" finish. I almost bought a 000 in that finish, but got beat out by a few hours. The 00-18V is a very nice guitar. I've got the natural finish one and it's now my favorite.

The amberburst is definitely my favorite Martin finish. The 000 you should have been sold looked every bit as fantastic as this one.

You like the 00-18V better than the CEO-5?

That is an awesome looking guitar.

Taking a picture of the back of that guitar is almost a bad as an Ovation shiny bowl.

Glad the guy was not in his BVDs

My OM-28V is becoming my favorite go to guitar...it has a magical tone and plays as nice as any guitar I have ever owned...small, light weight, great Rosewood and wonderful spruce top, it is a really fine instrument and records well too; and is stays in tune...I am sure this OO is also a treasure...the burst is very nice; but it is the tone that makes these smaller Martins so special...

More comfortable to play, but the CEO definitely has a better sound, and more of it. I do like the 00 better than the 000. (OM body, not the 000-17S)

My OM-18V is very comfortable to play. Nice balanced sound. Not the volume of a Dread or an Ovation.

I'm even thinking of selling off my 00-18V to buy a new 00-18GE (golden era) in amberburst.

I think even Stephen may take the plunge... ;)
