Location: Newington, CT | ...but I'm in herd-thinning mode. It's been there on-and-off for a bit. Wonder why. Looks gorgeous to me! And, as the happy owner of three (count 'em, three!) 2080's, I can tell you it's a really sweet 6-string guitar! It must be a GREAT 12-string!
Here it is...can anyone else shed some light on why it's still available?
Thanks!

Location: East Wenatchee, WA | Having owned a 2080 and knowing the seller's reputation, it is simply a matter of demand. The 2080 does not appeal to a broad range of guitar people (I should know...I got slaughtered selling mine) and a 12 string reduces the demand even further. The $2000 plus price range limits it even more.
Ovation and Adamas are not know for "appreciation" in value, so basically, some one just has to want an absolute tone monster of a 12 string and willing to pay the price for the horsepower.
I would love to own it, but not quite enough to fork over the coin. |

But with a killer sound that nobody will ever know about..... |

He sure has shed some awesome Ovations in the recent past...
BTW, I'll bet that's a BOOMER! |
