Since I am in the process of acquiring an another members Adamas 1680 and I have a strict self-imposed limit of one guitar per type at any one time I'm now selling my recently acquired 2077LX. This is the burgundy color Legend with gold tuners. It is not quite 2 years old. This guitar is in mint condition with the exception of some very, very light fret wear on the first couple of frets and I think you’d find more on a store demo guitar than you will see here. Deep Contour bowl. It has the Op-Pro studio pre-amp with a recently added XLR jack. I've also recently restrung it with Elixir Nanoweb .12’s. I’ll include the nearly new Optima Gold strings that came with it. It truly plays beautifully and sounds as good as everyone says it does. But since I have another one on the way this one must go ASAP. Since it’s only been with me a month or so and its condition is unchanged from when it arrived I’d just like to get as close to even as I can so how’s $750.00 shipped to the CONUS? E-mail me with questions of for more info. Here’s a nice deal on an exceptional instrument. Payment options open for discussion. I can do PayPal but am glad to discuss other, less fee intensive options for the patient.

Wow! That didn't last long. A good Adamas will do it to you every time. For me it was a 2080.

Seriously, nervous got this guitar from me. It is in as good a shape as a new guitar and now it's been upgraded with the XLR. Someone should grab this quick. It is an excellent buy at a reasonable price.

Wow indeed! I do kinda feel bad about this though. And, I really do like this guitar so please don't think this has anything to do with the guitar. It's terrific. In fact if it had been a dislike I would have never gone through the painstaking process of the XLR install. With that done I had every intention of keeping it for a while, until 'it' came along.

But there's no way for me to keep two, especially with the kind of 'upgrade' I am attempting. I just got sucked in by the curse a lot faster than I expected. Thanks for understanding.

Damned 6-stringed crack.....

<snicker We tried to warn ya! ;)

Actually I'm impressed ya didn't keep both. That burgundy is lovely. But the 1680 will make ya forget this one!

You did indeed. And it made me laugh after I made the commitment. The prophetic admonition of "don't go near an Adamas" ringing in my head....

I just can't keep two. It makes no sense from me either practically or financially. But, much like motorcycles for me, this is an area that I can have some fun, harmlessly try some different things out and experiment a bit. It keeps me looking forward to something new, even if it is a bit premature at times.
