If you don't find one here you can probably order one through Ovation Customer Service.

Is this the "show us your can" post I heard about?

Here's a quick inventory, no OP20 cans though.

Day-um Woody,

Wish I knew you had these when I modded a Celeb with an off-brand unit. This Celeb had traversed the Caribbean many times and the electronics was removed by its photog owner due to the 'tropic airs' (re salt). It was a deal for $75 mit case...

I'll have to check the replaced unit's footprint and see if I can aid you in reducing your 'inventory'.

still haven't found a home for the nos stick on shaller piezos/transducers and wiring harness set yet? I thought they would have been on/inside an old vintage balladeer, folklore, or legend by now..

I owe someone here a thinline pickup... Karl? German member? I accidently booted the pm and address as my box was filling... for an acoustic Legend conversion?

please pm me again. I am going to my shippers with the elite classical, and other traveling gits and pieces... scattering to the corners of the earth, I promise I'll get it out to you with this load..

Glenn

The Schaller pair "nearly" made it into a couple of different models. I can say that I probably have five active projects going right now and not a lot getting accomplished. Then there's the outside projects...

One of those 5 is destined to come back to Glenn. Kind of like taking the bandaid off r-e-a-l-l-y s-l-o-w...

I just snagged this Koa Celeb that will bring a donor OP30 and can. The Piezo is likely bad but we'll see what happens.

Hey Woody, I Would be interested in the OP-30 and a can. I am also looking for the tuner LED board that attaches to an optima and a thinline pickup as well. I couldn't tell by your picture, do you have any optima parts?

No Optimas (about the best sounding Preamp ever) in the pile. Eamil as a reminder if you would please.

I suspect the piezo (Thinline) in this Celeb is off but we'll see. Artec makes a number of affordable piezo and preamp parts as well.

The Lawrence? I got that from a freind about 1980! It picks up the "B" string really well! Not a lot of options at the time.

Really. I have had one of those soundhole gizmoes for a couple of years now. I haven't known what to do with it, so if anybody's interested.......

Probably not a bad idea- posting a picture of my assorted electronic goodies. Don't mean to hijack the thread, just trying to contribute to the mayhem!

Well, I give up. I have done this pasting thing before, and I am trying to use Wabbit's instructions. Jus' ain' workin'.
The picture is in my gallery, under "BFLG Laboratory", if anyone cares to look.

well, I'm outta surgery... A SUCCESS YAY!!!! The Steaks are Aging.... I bought the Folklore in Aug 07 from a hi trading member here.... went through the BFLG for tips, trips and tweaks for a while, then I sent it to Mwoody who took his shot at it in 08'...... from there I think it got binned...

I've changed my mind...Michael if you can throw me something together with the Preacher Deluxe shaved/sculpted neck,(I'll pay for the refret w/mediums) Viper/Preacher/faux deacon body or what's available of the 4 or 5 sent.... paint it if it's rough and needs filler.
finish is out in natural if possible and is a clean body, regular nut, Viper Pickups or the Filtertrons I sent, The Schaller adjustable Bridge and some grovers or schallers in it would be great... I think you've received a couple of full sets of each over the years... maybe a set of pings also...phase, split, reverse and OD as you see fit... I think you've got 4 or 5 500k pots, and a couple of 250s if you think they'd work better on the tone... but you're the man, and I've loved all of your "Woodys" and no matter what you come up with, with some of the parts I've sent over the years and your other completed inspirations, I am looking very forward to mine.

let me know if you need any caps or tone parts..
been trying to help out as much as I can over the years. If you have something 'ready made' or close, the only thing I'd really like to see on it is the Preacher Deluxe Neck... Refretted... would be cool to have another Vipertron
like AL's the Schaller adj bridge clashes with the Gretsch pickups.... but Vipers would be more than fine. especially if there's a 6 string Gold Bridge around...

not pushing you man... I told you you could get it done in your time.... just wondering what's been cooking.

Regards,

Glenn
