I'm sure a number of folks here already have this on their watch list . No reserve, started at one cent. CHK signed, half-assed repair to the top, couple of other mild cosmetic issues, could be a deal for someone who isn't looking for a pristine example.

Let the games begin...

Probably caused by a thumb nail...and from the close up's it looks like as good a repair as can be expected...its glittered over so it may have been done at the MS at some point...actually, the guitar is pretty clean: a few bumps and scrapes...but, it's been played....wow, what a concept...actually played...kinda like #189
It's mono w/dot knobs...bet it plays killa...
Case is intact (a bit of plastic missing at the head) but again: it's been played...actually gigged with...wow...
Should be a great buy for someone...
(Now, what was it they said about #119...brittle...falling apart...???) :D :p ;)

Well, somebody's impatient and bidding it up early...

Agreed the cosmetic issues are minor given its age and the fact it's been played. Should have some serious tone and mojo.

I owned that one many years ago(20?).My first ever adamas..Bought it at a guitar show.Sent it back to factory for top repair. They did the best they could with it.Hole was nearly thru the top layer of graphite and into the wood..Short of replacing top they did a good job..Sold it after i bought my second and third adamas.
if i remember correctly it had the foam carved headstock instead of wood.

That seller has been offering some very nice Ovations lately.

He or someone had a hell of a collection.

Here we go again, lol! I'm not bidding on this one, but I hope someone on this board snags it.

What a great guitar for a thousand bucks. So, anyone know who got this one?
