These amps are all in great shape and work perfectly, but I just don’t use them enough to justify their continued storage outside the band room. PM me if interested. Buyer to pay actual shipping costs. Fender M-80 Chorus Power output is 80 watts in a solid state chassis configuration, so loud enough to cut through most band mixes. Nice reverb, excellent variable chorus and multiple channels for clean or drive. Relatively light weight (for a twin 12) at 47 pounds. The M-80 amps were Fender’s response to the craze for loud, dirty amps by grunge bands of the late 80's and early 90's, but without compromising Fender’s reputation for clean channel output as well. Built in the U.S.A. in 1994, this is the only year for the black-carpeted Chorus model, and the last year of the M-80 production run. Although it was Fender’s most expensive solid state amp produced in 1994, and despite its relative rarity, its value has yet to catch on with the public. I bought it in 1995 and used it exclusively with acoustic electrics for the next six years. Includes foot switch. Made in the USA. Very good condition. $300. Fender Twin Reverb ‘65 Reissue Big, powerful, heavy all-tube reissue of the classic blackface amp of the ‘60s. Tube tremolo and reverb. Same features as the Deluxe Reverb, only more tubes, twice as many speakers, and four times the output wattage. Includes footswitch and cover. Made in the USA. Mint condition. $700 Trace Elliot TA100R Professional quality acoustic amp purchased from a Nashville equipment manager formerly associated with the Nashville Star show where it was used for off-stage warm-up. As a result, so the story goes, it was used by many up-and-coming artists appearing on the show as well as some high-profile hosts. Perfect for typical solo club, coffee house, or party gig. With its Alesis reverb effects, on-board EQ controls and balanced XLR out, it is also perfectly suitable as a monitor for larger venues with a house board such as dance clubs, churches, weddings, and reception gigs. Includes original cover and carrying strap plus a custom-ordered Jan-Al ATA case ($250 value) for travel and storage. Very good condition. Made in England. $500

I have the Cyber Twin Head and a pair of custom built 2x12 cabs to run in Stereo now. If I did not have that rig.....I think I would try and get myself that Fender Twin. As far as my ear works, the Fender "Tubed" Twins are the best sounding electric guitar amps ever made. ! The Parts to fix them are still readily available and they remain a great bang for the buck considering the high retail of the newer generations of tubed amps selling now. Not familiar with the little acoustic amp, but I have heard a few of the guys in here rave about them and that road case is a total overkill luxury to have. Nice amps thanks for offering them here. Later I began noticing an annoying rattle or buzz I thought was in my guitar until I experimented and found it happened within the same frequency on all my guitars. In case you ever wanted to; I'd like to tell you, I removed the "blue marval" coaxial Speaker they had in it. Don't remember the Ohm ratings now ??? but found that when I replaced the main speaker with one of the new Eminence 12" speaker line called "Swamp Thing" I liked the specs on that speaker.... and I found a nice high quality tweeter... Don't even remember who made it now... but it had great numbers. I had to cut a space for it in the corner. This was not hard to do. and Wow does this amp Have way more Low end than any of the Acoustic Amps I have heard. And it cranks up louder than it seems possible, Sounds like a Bass amp with the Baritone and the Mids and highs are crisper than before. Only thing I can't change is the overall weight. This thing is a bear to carry its like an old peavey twin. And that is a serious consideration as we all get older. I'll put it up against any Amp for Stage use. When recording I run into the recorder directly or throught the PA anyway.

That has been a one way train for a long time. I have seen all of those amps and they are in great shape! These will be excellent deals for someone.

As Stephen says, I've never sold anything before, but I now have 20 amps, and these three have been moved to storage because I am totally out of space in the Bandroom. I thought long and hard before I put these on the market, but somebody should be using these. They're just too good to be left in storage. By the way, on the Trace, I did take it to the amp doctor about four years ago, had the entire thing checked out, and one or two minor things replaced that were not up to spec. I don't remember what they did, but the bill was about $170 as I recall, mostly labor of course. I did this just after I bought it and before taking it out to Mendocino for a wedding gig because I didn't want to deal with any amp issues during the gigs.

There was so much there that I didn't have enough time to enjoy it all. I don't remember seeing Brad's old Legend. I'll have to tell my daughter in Mendocino that I know someone who does wedding gigs there. NOT! I don't want to even think about daughters' weddings.

I've tried that with Dave's, Tony's, Miles' and Brad's now. She saw the pictures of Stephen's room, but there were only a few guitars hanging on the wall in the picture. She didn't see the other 3 walls or the place downstairs from which he kept emerging with another killer guitar.

And what the heck, with all of you folks coming out later on this year, the more acoustic amps I have, the more fun we will all have.

I haven't had any problem with mine to date, but I bought a duplicate one for my church and some bass player borrowed it without my knowledge and it is now doing what you described ... but probably worse. Anyway ... I really like that idea of upgrading the speaker and adding a high-performance tweeter. I'll just have to make sure I get some good advice on choosing the right speakers.

Joined: February 2004 Posts: 2487 | Yep, That amp is great fro gig's it really cranks and the low end on this can fill a normal bar sized room with bass all by itself. The weak point is that speaker. I could not find anything wrong with the one I took out "visually" but the buzz is gone. As for speakers just be sure to get the correct Ohm rating. I think the info is right in the owners manual and on the Blue Marvel Speaker. Get a Tweeter to match. Remember to make sure you get something that goes into the low fequencies nicely but has an overall good signature throughout the curve. You won't believe the rumble this one gets now. Enjoy. Found great deals on both seperately on ebay many years ago. I also dabble with Native American Flutes, the CA's work awesome for this with a little delay. Norse(now I just need a top notch steel stringed 6 I can plug in...but I'm working on that)man1
