Please note this is an FRG model (which means you can own it for less). I've yet to find anything wrong with it. The tone is fabulous and the Spalted Maple Epi looks fantastic set into the Bear Claw Spruce. I've always loved the VIP electronics on this guitar...sounds wonderful plugged in. Comes with the original Hard Shell Case which has a nicely padded handle. Finally, I'm not a real musician (just play as a hobby) so you can trust this guitar has never been gigged or abused...it is in like new condition. The fretts are in excellent condition as well and this guitar is coming from a smoke free home. Cost = $775 + half of the shipping. Thanks. Jim

They are verrrry loud unplugged with a nice clear bass end also play well on top of that. They will be difficult to get one day, when people discover how well they sound. You would be hard pressed to find an instrument that sounded this nice at this price, both plugged and unplugged. I'd buy it as an investment if I didn't have a couple more guitars in my sights for he collection. Good Luck with the sale Jim, but I think you'll end up regretting it.

His name is David and was great to work with for the entire transaction. Very honest and a great communicator. I'm sure we'll see him around the site after he gets his new 07C (which has been shipped to him). Jim

Second is the FD-14, best sounding of all, same nutwidth, but the neck is a little thinner. I also love my 1624 strung with John Pearce fingerpicking strings. I don't want to miss one of them, they are all great guitars and every of them has it's own voice. Bernie
