Whether or not you own a double neck, I'd like to hear your opinion.

If it were me, I would just have 6 strings on the 12 string neck, and use whichever string spacing feels best for slide. I don't play slide much so I leave mine as is (6/12).

You are noticed with a doubleneck. Had more comments on the doubleneck than any other guitar I have played.

Maybe that's why I never get noticed, I don't have a double neck.

I've had one for 30 years. Played it twice. Maybe some day. Actually am looking for a 6/4 doubleneck. I normally play bass in a 3 piece band. Some times could add some guitar in spots.Thinkin' bout a Steinberger, just don't want a black one.

By the way, whenever anyone feels as if they would like to chime in with, "Hey, Highway, I have a CSD225 that I'll sell for 500," please feel free to.

I have got used to playing Steinberger basses. Also, I only play 4 string basses. Is the Dano a 6 string bass and a 6 string guitar? And is the bass a long scale (my preference)? I have a Dano Longhorn bass. It's a lotta fun but it is a short scale and has VERY weak pu's'

The Dano 6/6 is a Baritone on top and a regular 6 on the bottom. There is a 4/6 variation but it's a bit more rare.
Here's the 6/6 in Blackburst
