Mainly....how do you change the friggin thing. Just started recently playing it again after a long time. Can't remember how to get to the battery compartment to change it. Can someone please post detailed instructions. I've tried everything..!! - Thanks.

If it's the full bodies version with the battery inside and what looks liek the screw onteh upper bout try this....

To remove the battery compartment, reach inside the bowl aand apply a slight pressure while turning the screw about a quarter turn, the battery compartment should release. It is attached with wires to the pickup so be careful not to pull it out too far. Remove battery and replace with the BEST BATTERY you can buy. A heavy duty alkaline. Replace compartment carefully and PLAY ON
