I have a 1997 collector's edition guitar, and at it's 9th year, it is still my best friend.

The other day my "A" tuner lost it's strength. It turns fine when there is no pressure, but it can no longer hold (or even reach) a tuned state.

I need to buy a replacement key. It is the type with the Ebony keys. (I am willing to switch all the Ebony keys for golden ones though, as I have had trouble with the Ebony ones drying out and cracking and I am running out of replacements).

I do not live in USA and the place I bought my guitar no longer exists.

Where can I go to buy the Tuner?
Any suggestions?

Thanks.

The tuners that came with the '97 are black plastic with a brass sleeve inside. It was a bad design. The ones that haven't broken yet WILL sooner or later. If you get a set of REAL Ebony buttons you won't have the problem. Try Kim Keller's email in the service dept. kkeller-kmc@kaman.com. He'll fix you up.
