Joined: November 2004 Posts: 4413 | I'm a day late reporting, but it was dry and cold. About 34 of your yankee degrees. Usual morning being a taxi driver - 10 year old son to soccer, 13 year old daughter to piano lesson. But then it was a day to remember. All on my ownsome i drove into London , went to an art exhibition, bought some cds and then had a fantastic meal before watching the incredible Richard Galliano in concert with Gary Burton as his special guest. Got home around midnight. I could use a few more Saturdays like this each year.

The weather reports were also interesting,(saved my enough time not having to enter a lot of zip codes at weather.com. :D Time I used trying to figure out how to post a picture.

Chicken dinner in Frankenmuth yesterday (Cruster..you know what I'm talking about). Outlet mall shopping with the better half. Another great dinner at my favorite place... B.D.'s Mongolian Barbeque. I got some guitar time planned after I get caught up with the OFC.

Yesterday, I managed to watch the rugby and do the ironing before I went back to bed, and today acheived even less. Just appear to have eaten something that is disagreeing with me in a colourful manner! I usually do much more with my weekends, honest! Will be fine by tomorrow, when it's all out of my system. I had to put ours down at 15 years and fought it all the way until I decided that he deserved better than his body was allowing him at the time. Better days are coming your way.

When a dog that used to jump 6 foot fences and could run all day got to the point were he couldn't make his back legs work, it was time.

They are so young and are going to be so hurt. I did open my CV68. They sent the wrong guitar. See my other thread for more info. Thank you all for the kind words. I am feeling better. It was so hard to say good bye.

Finished another Telematic with a Phat Cat neck and Jerry Donahue bridge. Sounds pretty sweet. Golf tomorrow and the relatives leave in two days.

But I wouldn't pay for surgery for the same dog because he ate part of my son's swim mask. He finally threw that back up. I'll pay for what isn't his fault, but I won't pay for stupidity. But damn, dogs are addicting. The worst thing about having a dog is realizing that you'll probably never be without a dog again.
