Ok OFC Peanut Gallery, here's one for da tub!

To mate an "A" scale papoose neck and a Viper neck to the same body - which would go on top and what is the preferred angle?

I do intend to do several mock/block ups first but I thought I'd share.

I have a Yairi doubleneck and to me it feels the best as far as neck angle. Whichever one you want on the bottom have it angle staight out like a normal guitar only lower. The upper neck has the angle up. It makes it much more natural to play.

Michael, I have no idea.

...but I do have a question. Why?

Mike has a penchant for things that look and sound a little odd, hence our playing together... :D

Go with the viper neck (6-string?) on top, and the papoose on bottom. What are you using for the body?

Why? It was an idea that bears asking. If I was to put a neck to a Viper body (cut from a mahogany blank) it would have to be a 12 string for difference.

The 6/12 Papoose solid body will probably come first.

Just trying to plan my Summer Woodworking.
I am trying to make a Papoose convert out of Andrew. How am I doing?
