I just got an Ovation Adamas, it is quite old by its look, has some reasonable wears but overall in good condition. In its label it is written 1587-8 and 9349-86 (quite strange the numbers are handwritten, not printed). Seems this guitar is 10+ years old. Any idea when this guitar is built? Also, for some reason the previous owner put his signature on the label above the "Ovation" text, not sure how he did it.

Popcritic: I'll take the picture on the weekend. It is a bit dusty, it takes a bit of time cleaning it as the top is not smooth (CVT type?)

I'll bet you will get a lot of guy's here who would love to own it. Until then..... know you have a wonderful guitar. And yeah...leave that lable alone. and take good care of it. Randy

To be honest when the first time the guitar was shown to me, I question myself "what can this 'styled-plastic-guitar' do?". The biggest mistake was I tried the guitar and could not forget about it, and finally I bought the guitar!
