Let me guess, you either suffer from OCD or you used to be an Eagle Scout. Dave

PS - Exactly how BIG are these damn gig bags you guys are talking about? Jesus, it's like freaking Kate Winslett boarding the Titatic ...

Mine's just one of those shoulder bags you get free from conferences.

Actually, neither, though my wife thinks I have an OGD (Obsesive Guitar Disorder...)

As for bags, mine is just an old backpack - I just have a lot of stuff in it. When you are leading a band that performs on a weekly basis, you find needs for a ton of stuff. If I had an on-site storage with some sort of organizer, I wouldn't carry as much stuff, but then, that's why they call it a "Gig Bag."

Well, I`ve got an archtop with buzz feiten intonation and it`s original case ,purchased a Korg D T 7 tuner , which of course is 1/3 inch too long to fit in the compartment case..so went back toting my tuning F#¤% instead :(

Mine's just about the size of a backpack-- it's a Swiss Army bag with a shoulder strap and lots of compartments, and you can get a LOT of stuff in it. Ever seen one of those gag movies where somebody throws a suitcase on the bed in a hotel room, then starts pulling out clothes, a set of golf clubs, a kitchen sink, an extension ladder, etc., etc.? It's kinda like that.....
