I have the pickguard off of my viper right now (just looking around). Some of the screws were REALLY hard to get off because the heads are stripped. The threads in the body are fine, it's the screws. Anyway, I looked at every hardware store in town and I couldn't find a match. Does anyone know what size these screws are and possibly point me to a place where I can buy them?

These are close, but they don't have the rounded head:

I thought I answered this earlier. Must have been delusional or needed a nap.

I no longer use the original style of pickguard screw because they snap off too easy and you have to dremel around the part left in then fill the hole.

I use the Fender style now. A little thicker, a lot shorter and dependable. Available everywhere in Gold, Black and Nickel.
