I need some help wiring a stereo Preacher for a friend. I can send photos of the prewired Pups such but I need a little "Guitar Wiring for dummies".

If it were Mono I'd be done.

PM, email or ask me to send you some pictures if you want a shot at it.

Thanks,

You might get some help from the stray UK2 schematic that appears on the Breadwinner page: http://www.doremi.co.uk/breadwinner/circuits.html
I don't know if the Preacher uses the same circuit, but the controls and jacks appear similar.

Thanks Jerome.

I have (probably taken from your site) the schematic. What I lack is the know how to see which wires and terminals should connect.

I am not an Electrician.

What I relate to more often is a visual scematic like those at
Seymour Duncan

Is the Switch an ON/ON or a three way A A/B B?

Per the Owner's Manual it is a three way switch.

I am still looking for a wiring diagram!

Help me to give this Preacher back to Mr. golf please.

Thanks BruDev!

I got hum...

...I'll figure out the radicals in tomorrow's light.

Dear Kaman,
USE DIFFERENT COLORED WIRES!!!

I got some photos of the wiring from John Budny today as well and, no they didn't use the same color wires in the same places!!

But the Preacher looks good.

Not yet. I got some hum and tap tones.

It was bedtime when I stopped.

My plate should read I'M Fixed!

When my Wife says she's "late" I can say "I'll wait".
