Location: Upper Left USA | Retrieved from Ebay was a Folklore 1114-4 which required a lot of crack filling and a new set of tuners.
The top has sunk and this has the highest bridge I've ever seen but it is pleasantly playable up to the 13th fret.
I am getting to like the wider fretboard and it is a cannon.
This shows the string level
Cracks are filled and smoothed.
I wouldn't hesitate to take it anywhere and play the heck out of it! |

Location: Boise, Idaho | I really like mine. 1977, no scratches, plays like a dream. Had a cracked brace that was easily fixed and a small dent in one of the frets. The static in the preamp disappeared after a little use. They do put out a lot of sound. |

The angle of the strings over saddle should improve the tone. I think. :confused:

That's exactly how it should be. An acute break angle on a guitar of this age means the neck set was right when it was built, and also gives you scope to lower the action at the saddle without sacrificing tone and volume. Nice find. |
