Does ovation have old or new baritone/longneck with traditional soundhole? A deep bowl or Xtra deep only. If not, I'm looking for a big body all wood baritone with cutaway. $1000 or less.

The USA made Ovation Longneck, DS768, only comes in the Elite Style. Used but nice $650-$1000 depending on timing and condition.

Tacoma uses their Acoustic Bass body and makes a Thunder Chief Baritone all out of wood. Its a "Wing" series so the soundhole is in the upper bout.

Do some internet searches. Baritones are still kind of "boutique" offerings.

I just remembered how sweet Stonge's longneck 12 string was...

Not all wood and not traditional soundhole BUT this on the block right now.

Long Neck

This is the second time around so you could probably get it for a good price.

With the Ovation Longneck you get the benefit of about 18 frets playable and the bridge is placed in the same spot as a 12 fret to body instrument.

Stonge's L 12 Proto was strung light as to be an "Electric Player's" dream acoustic with all that fretboard.
Put some Heavy's on one and drop the other shoe!
