Is he installing it into an Ovation?

If you accept the return don't send funds until the item is verified complete.

You got a good price for it. The screws for the saddles all look plenty long, except for the low E which isn't visible and is probably long enough. Since the two big studs/screws for mounting the bridge weren't in the auction, he can't complain about those. It seems pretty obvious that the plastic piece wasn't attached.

I'd follow MWoody's advice. Require the guy to send it back so you can verify its condition before you make a refund.

If payment was by PayPal, there are a number of loopholes that will allow a buyer to screw you if they feel like it. If you didn't ship it with a tracking/confirmation number, he can claim that he never received it and you're out of luck. Or he can try a chargeback if he used a credit card. Tread lightly- it's probably better to refund the $99 than to have PayPal take it and lose the bridge too.

Easy. Have him measure the screws and get Mr.Ovationwoodycwk2 or somebody to verify that they're right. If they're not, somebody will have the right ones, and bail you out, right?

AS far as I can tell there's nothing wrong with that bridge, and if he has a problem it's nothing that can't be fixed by a trip to a hardware store.

What Paul T. said. Just needs the rear mount screw that goes through the body then a little testors plastic model cement to re-attach the cover by it's tangs only. I prefer testers to super-glue as you can usually break the testors free if needed in the future.

Oh shit, well spotted Miles, I was looking at the saddle screws. It's pretty useless without the centre bolt and rear nut, but then again neccesity is the brother of contention.....or something, which I guess means a trip to the hardware store, or a call to KK/JB

Thankyou guys....I cant even get this guy to tell me if it is going on a Ovation Guitar or not...It is an original bridge ...I did not cut the screws they were like they were when I took them off...he sounds like a foreigner the way he emails me ... maybe Russian ...I am sorry it also said plainly on the listing ...ALL SALES FINAL...because you know how some guys are they will buy parts from you take out or off what they need and them send them back to you and want their money back ....and all they have to say is well thats how I got it ...wrong....I have had to learn the hard way on EBay on somethings and I think it is this guys time ...I have done nearly 300 deals on Ebay without one hitch and I always represent my items as derogatory as I can ....And if you look at my feedback it is spotless so if he leaves me derogatory feedback oh well I am sorry ...I repped that item as good as anyone could have except maybe some of you guys ..I did not say it was mint ...mint means no scratches no dents ..but it is in great shape if I had to I would have put it back on my guitar should I lose my chrome Shaller ....but I was mainly selling it for the saddles as all of you know that is what goes bad on those things ..thats why I put on the schallers on mine ...by the way thanks Samova .(STAR WARS QUOTE...Oh SAVE US OBIE WON SAMOVA YOU'RE OUR ONLY HOPE ...OKAY DREAM SEQUENCE OVER ..WHERE IS PRINCESS LEIA ) ..I may refer that guy here ...so if Boris comes on complaining about me to yall.....well I think you know ....

Deaconstrat - If you took payment via Paypal you can say "All sales final" until you are blue in the face, but if the buyer complains to Paypal that it was misrepresented he gets his money back with no questions asked. Be careful, like Steve said or you could wind up out of the money and lose the part as well.

YOu mean, if he reasonably says, in the add, all sales final, and then says, send it back and let me evaluate it, pay-pal can get this turds money back? I never got to that stage, the turd went away.

an4340...yes the turd can get his money back and possibly keep the parts. Read the recent thread on Paypal and shudder over some of the gory details.
