I've had that tried on me, and they say give me my money back it's defective. I told them, send it back to me I'll evaluate it, and if it's not correct, then I'll return the money. I receive lot's of threatening email, but eventually they go away. Oh, and I never get the part. Also, I don't pay for shipping back to me unless in my estimation it's defective.

Also, and vent on me if you think I'm way off, that Bridge shouldn't have gone for over $45 and it is broken when the plastic part is separate. The Buyer either doesn't know what they bought (too bad, so sad) or they set up to screw you over. And while I'm on my horse, IF YOU COME FROM INDIANA YOU NEED TO SPEAK AND TYPE ENGLISH! There now. I feel better.

Plastic tabs that go through a hole in the metal and then melted flat? If so, how many? Also, and vent on me if you think I'm way off, that Bridge shouldn't have gone for over $45 and it is broken when the plastic part is separate.

It looks to me like he wants to send it back for a refund. If you don't have a return policy, then it's up to you at that point. I would just have him send it back.
