Location: NJ | Graham Parker played at our local park for free last week. I got myself out to see him because I needed a break from all the madness in my life.
Great show all acoustic played many of his "hits" heat treatment, local girls, discovering Japan, don't ask me questions. etc.
I am rather sure I saw him back in the day with the rumour but I can't be sure, those late seventies and 80's gigs are just a blur to me now...
if you get a chance to see him do it.
btw the kid opening up for him, some local no name, twenty something, full of angst, emo song writer played a tak. it sounded great. graham used a gibson j 200 and it sounded like snot. but it was still a good show |
