Peavey Messenger
100 watts very compact. I thought the speakers were a little small. Didn't have time to check out how it sounds yet. $495 list $375 street.
I know some members are looking for something for those small gigs. |

Location: East Wenatchee, WA | Interesting, but like you, I think the speakers are too small for most musical applications. That's why I bought my Barbetta Sona 23c.
The thing is light, has 5 inputs (1 low Z, so a converter is needed for additional microphones) and has a bi-amped 15" and horn. The thing handled 2 acoustic/electrics, Keyboard and two mic's in a 100 person venue without breaking a sweat. |

Location: Indiana | I think it depends on what you intend to use it for. Are you going to gig bars with lots of noise to overcome or use it in a classroom?...a small church or a big one?
