Location: Warren,Pa. | Just sniped 4- 12 string sets on ebay. Anyone ever heard of these? They're described as Stainless Steel/Phospher Bronze.
Whatever they turn out to be, they were $15 w/shipping for 4 sets so I can't go wrong. Just wondered if anybody here has used them or heard of them.

Location: LewistownPA | Check out www.webstrings.com for cheap strings...you can buy 5 sets for $14.95 with free shipping (for 6 strings,12's are a bit higher). They sell a good variety of types and I've been using both acoustic and electrics for the past 4 years or so with no complaints.Oh and BTW they are made in USA. |

Location: Scotland | Alice is a brand name used by a Chinese factory. I got a bunch of samples at the Shanghai show a while ago, they're pretty good, but nowehere near as good as US-made. I prefered the nickel sets to the bronze. The FOB price is about $.20 cents a set, but you have to import a LOT to get that price |
