This is what I want, so any help or info from you guys would be greatly appreciated! Adamas 2080 but with a rectangular headstock, similar to the 1687 but without the scrollwork. Reason? I use Schaller D-Tuners on all strings and with the slight "V" shape of the headstock it makes it VERY difficult to do quick tunings, espically on 3-4 strings. I could just get the 1687, and I would consider getting one if you could get black instead of blue. thanks, Adam

Adrain uses/used an Adamas with the 1687 headstock and his new guitar has a rectangular headstock. I guess I'll just get a 1687 w/ebony fretboard. Can you get the 1687 in black??

But my experience is on special orders like this you're not going to be shopping around for the low-ball price. I would personally recommend Lost Art Vintage Instruments (alpep@aol.com). He specializes is custom order Ovation and Adamas guitars. So does anyone know who I would contact to get a price quote?? Dave
