When I need to get an "electric" sound,I run my Ovations through a Zoom 504II effects box and put it on patch "C3." You wouldn't believe how it sounds-- dead-on John Fogerty's CCR sound, especially on "Bad Moon Risin.'" No, you don't have to spend a fortune to get cool sounds
