Hello, he said, finally realising he was in the right place!

People, I desire info regarding a 1989 Collectors Ovation I purchased a while back. I have tried Kaman and Ovation, but they don't seem able to help me, although they did give me the Ovation Fan Club address.

So, anyway, this Ovation; it does just about everything I could want a guitar to do, even solo-ing, although the frets are a little too high for pure unadulterated murderous, soul-torturing, squealing, screaming chops...but it looks so cute all dressed in blue that I forgive it and persevere with pleasure.

What I cannot find out is anything relating to this guitar's history, and I'm hoping you people can fill me in regarding construction metthods/material, how many made, where sold, and whether there is any recorded music using this awesome beast I have in my possession.

So, I don't want THAT much, then, do I? If anyone can help I'd be very grateful.
Cheers, Kevsteruk.
