Some opinions please... Let's say your storage area has the right humidity. Are guitars better left in cases when not in use for long periods or out. If out, should they be hung from their necks (like the do in stores) or it is better to only have the body supported, like the small ultima stands. I personally think the "standard" guitar stand with the neck support and two prongs on the bottom is bad for long term sitting, especially if the guitar is not almost completely 90% to the floor to keep the weight off the neck.
