Location: Mansfield pa | Hi all, Just joined the OFC...And I must come clean at one time I was a closet ovationite!
I moved into a beach apartment and needed a guitar for the beach, Cruseing the mall one day I spotted a matrix hmmmm composit back, neck and aluminum fret board..sounds bullet proof..It was!
A few years later I bought from a friends son an
81 legend with a face crack for 150.00 with a hsc
Its hard to belive the crack does not affect the sound no buzz just clean...I am still in love with both the guitars..I just ordered a Elite 1868 in black. Thanks for letting me introduce myself!

I've had my Medallion (same as Matrix w/different name) since '76. Same reason, was going to be traveling and needed a bullet proof guitar. (actually that's not that funny in MD today) Anyway.. It still plays just fine. |
